How to choose the shoe size?

The length of the shoe needs to be about 1.2 cm longer than the foot (about the width of the thumb). When trying it on, touch the toes to the front edge of the shoe, and then measure the distance from the heel to the back edge of the shoe; the width of the shoe should match the width of the foot , don't be too tight or too loose to slip.
